With over 15 years of combined experience in Ontario and the Caribbean, and a background in litigation and mediation, Dana has excellent investigative and fact-finding skills, and a keen ability to handle emotionally-charged situations. Her expertise is in conducting racial discrimination investigations, mediations, and workplace restoration processes that are triggered by complex issues in the workplace.

Prior to joining Rubin Thomlinson, Liliane was General Counsel for the Office of the Integrity Commissioner of Ontario, and the Director of Compliance for a large national corporation.
