With over 15 years of combined experience in Ontario and the Caribbean, and a background in litigation and mediation, Dana has excellent investigative and fact-finding skills, and a keen ability to handle emotionally-charged situations. Her expertise is in conducting racial discrimination investigations, mediations, and workplace restoration processes that are triggered by complex issues in the workplace.
