About This Course

Even the most respectful workplaces deal with respect-related issues—it’s an inevitable part of working with people. At the end of the day, however, what organizations really want to do is address these issues effectively while minimizing workplace disruption. This advanced, full-day course is designed for professionals who are responsible for intake and/or resolution of issues relating to respect in the workplace. It seeks to equip them to support and assist employees to effectively resolve concerns ranging from fairly minor issues of disrespect to more serious issues that can affect workplace harmony. Using practical, interactive exercises, participants will leave feeling more confident in their ability to de-escalate issues, appropriately advise employees, and ensure that a respectful workplace is maintained.
