Workplace Investigation and Training Lawyer

Interested in joining a law firm where the sole focus is on workplace and institutional investigations and assessments, as well as training for HR professionals? Rubin Thomlinson is the pre-eminent law firm in Canada dedicated to this work and we are looking for lawyers to become members of our dynamic workplace investigations and training team.

Rubin Thomlinson LLP’s expertise in investigations, workplace harassment and misconduct is diverse and decades deep – giving us unique insight into these serious and high-stakes situations.

We are looking for 2-3 lawyers to join our quickly growing team. We are interested in hearing from you if you have investigation experience, or other skills or experience which would be applicable to an investigation practice, such as in labour/employment law, human rights work, adjudication or litigation. We are also seeking candidates with a demonstrated interest in equity, diversity and inclusion issues.
