Rubin Thomlinson provides a whistleblower monitoring service to clients by acting as an intermediary to receive whistleblower reports. A trained team member can receive whistleblower reports, explain the applicable process to whistleblowers, and obtain information about the issue being disclosed.
In addition to this service, Rubin Thomlinson also conducts whistleblower investigations, and advises on whistleblower programs and policies.
As an alternative to internal reporting mechanisms, Rubin Thomlinson provides an independent ombuds service for clients. This service provides employees of our clients with access to one of our trained team members who can receive complaints or hear concerns, independent of the employer’s organization. Our team member will review with the employee those options available to assist them in resolving their workplace issue internally with their employer. Where an external investigation is to proceed, Rubin Thomlinson is also able to conduct the investigation where appropriate.
Rubin Thomlinson’s ombuds service is designed to provide employees with a means of addressing their concerns external to the organization, but as an alternative to engaging in some form of outside legal proceeding.
