Expertise & Services

As Review Counsel, Liliane partners with the firm’s investigators to help them plan, write and finalize their investigation reports.

Liliane also serves the firm’s clients by reviewing reports prepared by their internal workplace investigators, providing them with investigation support, and conducting assessments of their investigation processes.

Liliane is an expert in whistleblower matters. She acts as an intermediary for clients to receive reports from whistleblowers, conducts whistleblowing investigations, and assesses whistleblower programs and policies.

Background

Before joining Rubin Thomlinson, Liliane was General Counsel with the Office of the Integrity Commissioner of Ontario where she oversaw a team of investigators and conducted investigations into allegations of wrongdoing against elected officials, public servants and lobbyists. She has also served as the Director of Compliance for Purolator Inc. Through these roles, she gained extensive knowledge about ethical issues, such as conflicts of interest, and whistleblowing.
