About Dana J. Campbell-Stevens
Dana comes to Rubin Thomlinson with over 10 years combined experience in Ontario and the Caribbean. With a background in litigation and mediation, Dana has excellent investigative and fact-finding skills, along with the ability to handle emotionally-charged situations. She takes pride in being fair and respectful and remains impartial and objective regardless of the matter she is investigating. This approach inspires the trust and confidence of all sides, creating a comfortable environment where everyone feels free to share relevant information. Dana finds it particularly satisfying when she can help clients turn problems or conflicts into workplace improvements, or when a proper investigation helps clients avoid litigation.

At Rubin Thomlinson, Dana investigates diverse issues, including bullying, verbal and psychological harassment, discrimination, sexual harassment, and other forms of misconduct. She also conducts workplace assessments, workplace policy reviews, mediations, and supports clients in workplace restoration processes. In addition, Dana conducts training sessions to educate clients on workplace issues.
Community Involvement
Dana has a long track record of volunteer work, including mentoring at-risk youth and serving as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Anguilla Red Cross.
Background
Before joining Rubin Thomlinson, Dana worked in employment law representing clients in termination, compensation, and human rights matters. She also has experience in regulatory compliance, civil litigation, real estate law, and alternative dispute resolution.
