For two years, the Ottawa Police Service and Rubin Thomlinson LLP (“RT”) partnered on a first of its kind pilot project in which RT acted as the third party for the intake and investigation of all complaints under the OPS’ Equitable Work Environment Policy, the Respectful Workplace Policy, and the Violence and Harassment in the Workplace Policy.
