Veronica is an intuitive and detail-oriented workplace investigator and restorative dialogue facilitator.
At Rubin Thomlinson, Veronica conducts workplace investigations, assessments and reviews. She also delivers workplace investigation and human rights training to help clients understand their legal obligations in the workplace.
Veronica has gained extensive experience as a restorative dialogue facilitator with Peacebuilders, a Toronto court diversion program. There, she leads non-confrontational dialogues between the victim, the person responsible for the crime, and community members, enabling them to have respectful conversations about difficult subjects and re-build their relationships. Veronica offers a version of this process to organizations experiencing workplace conflict or dysfunction to assist them in moving past the conflict to create a more positive and productive work environment for staff.
Veronica has in-depth experience in conducting workplace investigations and assessments. Clients appreciate her thorough approach to investigations. She enjoys being able to help clients address and overcome issues that come up in the workplace, and leaves no stone unturned in order to do so.
Outside of work, Veronica enjoys plant-based cooking, yoga, and cross-country skiing. She is conversant in Mandarin.
