About Geoffrey Wong
Compassionate and detail-oriented, Geoffrey is a problem solver who digs in to thoroughly understand the intricacies of each case he investigates. While he enjoys all aspects of investigative work, Geoffrey takes particular pride in the sort of large-scale, systemic impacts that can result from an investigation’s findings and lead to lasting positive change.
Expertise & Services
At Rubin Thomlinson, Geoffrey conducts workplace investigations into allegations of harassment, bullying and poisoned work environments, along with other problematic workplace behaviour. He further assists clients by providing workplace investigation and human rights training to staff at all levels.
Background
Geoffrey brings experience as both a litigator and investigator to his role at Rubin Thomlinson, having previously litigated family law cases involving the division of complex financial assets and served as investigator on a major systemic investigation in the City of Toronto’s office of the ombudsman.
Geoffrey enjoys being physically active, hiking with his dog, Mila, and volunteering his time as an adjudicator for the Matthew House Refugee Hearing Program.
