A passionate and perceptive lawyer with years of experience managing and reviewing investigations, Chantel Levy has provided advice and direction on a wide range of workplace issues, including harassment and discrimination, employment standards, and fraudulent activity. Chantel began her legal career as an Associate Lawyer for a personal injury and insurance litigation law firm, where she represented insurance companies in matters relating to property damage, accidents, contractor negligence, and product liability, before becoming the in-house Ethics Manager for a major international retailer.
While working as the in-house Ethics Manager, Chantel shifted her focus to workplace investigations, where she managed ethics investigations relating to harassment, discrimination, employment standards, conflicts of interest, privacy breaches, and fraudulent activity.

Background
Chantel earned her undergraduate degree in Management & Organizational Studies from Western University in 2009, before attending law school at Queen’s University. While a law student at Queen’s, she earned a certificate in International Law from the Bader International Study Centre in the United Kingdom.
