About this course

As workplace investigators, much of our time is spent on investigating harassment and discrimination. However, there are other types of employee misconduct that are reported in the workplace that may also warrant an investigation, such as conflicts of interest, time theft, and misappropriation of an organization’s assets. Non-human rights matters usually require a different investigative approach than those involving harassment and discrimination. In this webinar, we will explore these differences and discuss how to effectively tackle investigations into different types of employee misconduct.
