About this course
Responding to and preventing sexual violence is an ongoing and evolving area for universities and post-secondary institutions. Regularly reviewing policies and practices are an important aspect of the measures taken in addressing this conduct. In this webinar, we will unpack what is required by Ontario law, review the landscape in terms of how post-secondary institutions are conducting these reviews, and discuss trends in how policies and practices have been enhanced as a result of the reviews.

Janice Rubin is the co-founder & co-managing partner of Rubin Thomlinson LLP. Elizabeth Bingham is a partner at Rubin Thomlinson LLP and brings a high level of skillfulness to her work.
